‘I have worked with FSC Property for over 15 years now; their service is second to none!

I have been a landlord for 23 years, a large proportion of the properties I own are in Liverpool. So to “find” an agent that can manage my properties professionally is very important, and the fact that I live in Essex, You could say it is very, very important to use the best available in Liverpool.

Fifteen years ago I bought a property on Oakfield Road in Anfield; opposite I noticed an agent I had not come across before. At the time I was using over 10 management agents, so didn’t need any more but I thought I’d pop in and see what they had to offer. 10 minutes later I had left them with keys to the property upon their wishes to give them a couple of week “trial” as they had only been in business for a couple of months. With a ‘flat 10% management rate’ I told them I wanted £550pcm for the property. 8 days later I had a call saying they had let the property to a family for £830pcm!!

Two years later they managed over 50 of my properties across Liverpool and the Wirral, I would just like to add that I have not just signed across the management to FSC Property from other agents, each time a property becomes empty/available my remaining management agents all received a set of keys at the same time to look for prospective tenants. 80% of the time FSC Property let the property!

I am an Irish investor and landlord with a number of properties in Liverpool. I have been a client of FSC Property for 3 years and have no hesitation in recommending this company to other landlords looking a professional management company to protect your investment.

Finding a company to manage your portfolio is not easy especially when you do not reside in the area of investment so a process of “trial and error” is employed to locate a management company. Dear FSC Property

I have been with FSC Property as a landlord now for 2 years. My portfolio consists of 6 houses. FSC Property manage all of these properties on my behalf. They find tenants, get tenants in to the properties, collect rents, carry out Gas checks on an annual basis, they do all the paperwork and transfer the rent to my bank account on a four weekly basis.

A monthly update is sent to me via email which includes invoices and a copy of my accounts which are all very easy to read and follow. They inform me if work needs doing to the property and if agreed they go the property and carry out the repairs. This is a seamless process for me. I always find all the staff very helpful, pleasant and professional – they keep me well informed.

All my properties are tenanted and if and when they become vacant FSC Property turn this around very quickly and endeavour to get a new tenant in ASAP. As FSC Property has made the process so easy for me I intend building on my portfolio and handing all properties over to FSC Property to manage – one happy customer thanks Cathy.

I am writing as requested, to provide a reference as to the service you have provided me with since I joined your company back in November 2008.

At the time of switching my port-folio to your company from my previous management agent I was in distress and near bankruptcy. My properties at that time were only around 40 – 50% occupancy with as little as 25% of due rents being collected.

Needless to say, due to this I was falling far behind with my mortgage payments and my bank placed me in a special situations status. Within 3 months of joining your company I was running at near 100% occupancy with very few losses in revenue.

By June 2010 my bank manager removed me from the special situations status as he had seen over a year of my account meeting regular monthly repayments and at the same time paying off all my arrears.

My portfolio for J+G Properties is 6 Commercial units and 25 residential units. At present I only have one commercial unit empty. I have very little arrears owing throughout all the accounts.

I would just like to express my thanks and gratitude to you and all your staff at FSC Property for the fantastic job which you have done for me through the years. I would be happy to provide you with any reference or recommend you to any landlords in the future.

I am writing as requested, to provide a reference as to the service you have provided me with since I joined your company back in November 2008.

When approaching your company in November 2008 with my other port-folio of properties which you manage under J+G properties I advised you that I had recently completed a development of 4 new build blocks containing 4 flats with each. My port-folio for Contract Time is 16 new build 2 bedroom flats on a private gated site.

At the time I was trying to obtain a buyer for the development as a whole and was reluctant to fill any of the properties for fear of damage etc.. which could have hampered my attempts to obtain a buyer. I was in trouble with the banks regarding outstanding loans etc.. which I could ill afford to pay.

Your advice at that time was that it would be near impossible for me to achieve the price I needed for the development. It was also sound advice that I was losing over £9000 per month in rental income by them being left vacant. I with reluctance agreed for you to find tenants for me. I am happy to now say some years later that this was the best decision I could have made. My finances are now well under control, there has been some damage caused throughout the past couple of years to the flats yet I understand this is unavoidable and you have done all you can to minimize the losses to me.

Thanks to your advice regarding the letting of these flats it has brought me in over an additional £94,000 in revenue per year. After recently reviewing the condition of the flats I am happy to continue with the letting until such a time that I am able to sell the development to a future investor at a serious price.
Once again I would like to offer my thanks and gratitude for the excellent service you have provided me with.
